Trident Realty has announced a ₹1,200-crore integrated township project in Panipat, Haryana, highlighting the growing demand for real estate in non-metro and tier-2 cities.
Strategically located along the Delhi–Chandigarh NH-44 corridor, Panipat is witnessing rapid growth driven by improved connectivity, rising income levels, and expanding industrial activity. Spread across nearly 125 acres in Sectors 19A and 40, the project—Trident Parktown—will be developed in phases, with the first phase comprising over 400 residential plots. Envisioned as a wellness-oriented township, the development integrates plotted housing, residential units, retail spaces, and community infrastructure to cater to evolving lifestyle preferences.
Emphasising Panipat’s growth potential, Trident Realty Chairman S.K. Narvar said, “Panipat represents the next phase of urban growth—where infrastructure, connectivity, and aspiration intersect.” The project reflects a broader shift in India’s real estate landscape, as developers increasingly focus on tier-2 cities offering larger living spaces and community-driven environments at relatively affordable prices.
