Bridge & Roof Co. (India) Ltd has invited bids for the appointment of an architect-cum-design consultant to provide end-to-end consultancy services for the development of a government medical college in Tehri, Uttarakhand.
Scope of Work
The selected consultant will be responsible for Topographical survey, geotechnical and soil investigations, Conceptual planning and architectural design, Structural design development, Preparation of detailed cost estimates and a comprehensive Detailed Project Report (DPR), Providing technical consultancy support during various phases of project execution
This tender is part of a broader initiative to strengthen healthcare infrastructure in Uttarakhand, with a focus on quality design, functional efficiency, and timely delivery of the medical college project.
