BWSSB’s 50 MLD Mission: Bids Open for Kadabeesanahalli STP

The Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) has invited bids for the design, construction and commissioning of a 50 MLD sewage treatment plant (STP) at Kadabeesanahalli.

The scope of work includes augmenting the existing 50 MLD STP with secondary sludge treatment facilities based on Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) technology with Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR). The project also encompasses tertiary treatment systems, power generation units and odour control mechanisms. In addition, the contract includes operation and maintenance (O&M) of the plant for a period of seven years.

The turnkey project is scheduled to be executed within 36 months. The last date for submission of bids is 23 February 2026.
