Elevate Bhopal to International Sporting Glory: Bid for Sports Complex PMC!

Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation (MPRDC) is currently soliciting bids for project management consultancy (PMC) services for the development of an international-level sports complex, Phase-II, situated at Nathu Barkheda, Bhopal.

The selected project management consultant will be responsible for comprehensive planning, monitoring, coordination with relevant departments, reporting, preparation of project timelines, and program implementation. Additionally, the consultant will oversee timely engineering decisions and approvals, along with all necessary steps and decisions required for the successful and punctual completion of the project. Ensuring rectification of any defects by the contractor during the one-year defect liability period is also a key responsibility.

Phase-II of the project encompasses the construction of an indoor sports complex, football HPC building, hostel building, multi-level car parking, and other associated facilities. The estimated project cost for Phase-II is approximately Rs 374 crore. The consultancy services period spans 37 months.

Interested parties are invited to submit their bids by the deadline of 05 March, 2024.
