KHB Tender: PMC Bids Open for University Construction

The Karnataka Housing Board has invited bids for the appointment of project management consultants (PMCs) to oversee the construction of Phase II of Bengaluru North University at Amaravathi, Jangamakote Hobli, in Sidlaghatta taluk of Chikkaballapura district.

The appointed PMCs will be responsible for supervising and managing the project to ensure timely and efficient execution. As per the tender requirements, bidders must have prior experience in providing consultancy services for similar construction projects under a single contract. This initiative aims to enhance the infrastructure of Bengaluru North University and support the region’s growth as an educational hub.

Interested bidders must submit their applications by 10 December 2025.
