The Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) has issued a tender for the development of an Exotic Bird Park and allied infrastructure at CTS No. 706 B/D (Pt) & 712A (Pt), Village Nahur, Mulund (West), Mumbai.
Conceived as a nature-centric project, the park aims to foster a deeper connection between people and wildlife through interactive and immersive bird exhibits. Key components of the planned development include:
A comprehensive entrance plaza featuring a ticketing office, souvenir shops, and visitor amenities
An Interpretation Centre designed as an educational hub to promote awareness about avian species and their ecosystems
The initiative is part of MCGM’s broader vision to enhance urban biodiversity, promote environmental education, and create public recreational spaces.
The bid submission deadline is 19 September 2025.
