AP Ports Expansion: A ₹1,638 Crore Leap for Maritime Growth

The Andhra Pradesh government has authorized Phase-II land acquisition for the Mulapeta, Machilipatnam, and Ramayapatnam ports. Spanning 6,248 acres with a budget of ₹1,638 crore, the project will be funded through the Andhra Pradesh Maritime Board’s (APMB) internal resources. This initiative marks a significant step in the state’s commitment to expanding maritime infrastructure and connectivity.
