Dev Accelerator Acquires Two Premium Bengaluru Office Assets

Dev Accelerator, a premium managed workspace provider in India, has expanded its presence in Bengaluru through the acquisition of two Grade A+ office assets in collaboration with Prestige Group.

The expansion strengthens the company’s footprint in the high-demand Outer Ring Road (ORR) micro-market and adds approximately 1.11 lakh square feet to its portfolio, enabling the addition of over 1,200 workspace seats. The development is expected to generate monthly revenue of around ₹2.2 crore, further supporting the company’s growth in the managed workspace segment.

One of the key assets is located at Lakeshore Drive, opposite Bellandur Lake, within a 90-acre corporate campus that houses several global enterprises. The facility, designed to meet evolving enterprise requirements, is scheduled to become operational from 01 August 2026. The company plans to invest approximately ₹10 crore in fit-outs and supporting infrastructure to prepare the space for occupancy.

The second asset, Prestige Featherlite Tech Hub, is a Grade A+ integrated development aligned with the “Walk to Work” concept, aimed at improving accessibility, reducing commute time, and enhancing productivity for occupiers. It is positioned to cater to enterprises and global capability centres seeking efficient and scalable workspace solutions.

According to Dev Accelerator Managing Director Umesh Uttamchandani, the partnership with Prestige Group enables the company to deliver institutional-grade workspaces in a rapidly growing market that continues to attract large enterprises and GCCs. He added that the new additions strengthen its ability to provide flexible, high-quality environments that are both operationally efficient and scalable.

Prestige Group CEO and Executive Director Juggy Marwaha noted that the collaboration reflects the company’s focus on developing sustainable Grade A+ commercial ecosystems designed to meet the evolving requirements of global businesses.

The expansion reinforces Dev Accelerator’s strategy of scaling its presence in key office micro-markets while strengthening its position in India’s growing managed workspace industry.
