Union Minister Nitin Gadkari inaugurated GMMCO India’s fully operational service and supply hubs at Butibori and Hingna, Nagpur, on March 17, 2025, strengthening the company's commitment to customer support across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, and Goa.
These state-of-the-art facilities provide comprehensive repair, rebuild, and parts distribution services, playing a vital role in supporting India's infrastructure sectors. Spread across 14 acres, the Butibori and Hingna hubs feature advanced service infrastructure, including a Machine Rebuild Centre (MRC) and a Component Rebuild Centre (CRC).
The 10-acre Butibori MRC facility includes a hub warehouse managing over 30,000 line items, an advanced digital Warehouse Management System (WMS) ensuring 24- to 48-hour parts delivery, and a stockyard capacity for 100 machines. Its rebuild and repair capabilities handle up to 150 machines, 750 hydraulic cylinders, and 24,000 hydraulic hose assemblies annually.
The four-acre Hingna CRC facility houses a component rebuild and testing centre, capable of rebuilding 750 engines and 400 transmissions per year. It also features a NABL-accredited SOS Lab, capable of analyzing 210,000 used oil samples for proactive maintenance.
With over 250 skilled professionals, cutting-edge infrastructure, and an integrated service model, these hubs are set to reduce repair turnaround times, enhance parts availability, and optimize machine health management. This will help customers lower total ownership costs, extend equipment lifespan, and ensure project efficiency.
