The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has unveiled a significant commercial land scheme valued at ₹3,604 crore, featuring 37 plots across prime sectors of the city.
Designed to accelerate commercial and mixed-use development, the scheme offers plots earmarked for malls, office complexes, retail centers, and hotels. All plots will be allotted through an e-auction process, with registrations open until 05 December 2025. The available plot sizes vary across multiple sectors, including major offerings in Sector 3, Sector 10, Sector 12, and Ecotech-1 Extension.
The project comes with a five-year overall completion timeline, with Phase I targeted for completion within three years. While amalgamation or sub-division of plots is prohibited, consortium participation is permitted.
This initiative is expected to draw substantial investor interest and play a key role in boosting commercial growth in the Greater Noida region.
