Goa Gears Up: TVS ILP Unveils ₹125 Crore Logistics Park

TVS Industrial and Logistical Parks (TVS ILP) has officially forged a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Goa Investment Promotion and Facilitation Board (Goa-IPB) to initiate the creation of an advanced Grade A Logistics and Warehousing Park within the Verna Industrial Estate. This visionary initiative, supported by a ₹125 crore investment, is poised to encompass a substantial 15-20 acre expanse, with the goal of elevating logistics and warehousing standards in the region.

Anticipated to serve not only the existing industries in Goa but also entice potential investors in vital sectors, the facility aspires to have a direct impact on employment, providing positions for 250 individuals and creating indirect employment opportunities for up to 1000 people.

Dr. Ramnath Subramaniam, CEO of TVS ILP, expressed confidence in the transformative impact of the MoU, remarking, "This strategic collaboration will position Goa prominently for businesses seeking specialized warehousing solutions. The logistics park aims to act as a catalyst for economic growth, promoting industrialization and generating employment opportunities for skilled and semi-skilled talent in the state."

TVS ILP, boasting a presence across 18 parks in 10 states, has set ambitious targets to develop 20 million square feet of infrastructure spread across 20 warehousing parks nationwide within the next three to four years.
