Hyderabad’s Rs 60,000 Crore Hyperscale AI Data Center Revolution

Fortune Hospitality and Infra is developing a hyperscale AI data centre park in Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, within the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region. Backed by an initial investment of Rs 60,000 crore—scaling up to Rs one lakh crore at full build-out—the project features a provisional 2,000 MVA power allocation from TGTRANSCO to support four hyperscale modules delivering 1,200 to 1,600 MW of IT load, generating roughly 1,000 direct and 3,000 to 4,000 indirect jobs.
