iSprout Gets ₹60 Cr Tata Capital Boost for Mega Expansion

Hyderabad-based managed office operator iSprout has secured Rs 60 crore in debt funding from Tata Capital to drive its nationwide expansion and strengthen its enterprise-focused workspace infrastructure.

The funds will support the company’s plans to scale its portfolio of flexible workspaces across high-growth business hubs. “This investment strengthens iSprout’s position to further expand into high-growth business hubs, allowing us to capture a larger market share in flexible workspaces,” said Sundari Patibandla, Co-founder & CEO. With demand rising for customised, fully managed offices, iSprout aims to expand aggressively while continuing to prioritise design-led, high-quality work environments.

Having grown tenfold over the past five years, the company is now focusing on opening new centres in tier-1 and tier-2 cities, enhancing its technology platforms, and advancing workspace customisation. With 2.5 million sq. ft. of office space across 25 centres, iSprout is positioning itself for tech-enabled, future-ready growth and is preparing for an IPO in the coming years.
