Kerala's Tech Future: U-Sphere Kicks Off Ceenex Global Training Facility

U-Sphere, the high-tech construction arm of ULCCS, has secured its first major private sector project—a state-of-the-art training facility for Canada-based Ceenex Global Computer. The facility will be located in Sasthamangalam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The agreement was officially signed by Remeshan Palery, Director of U-Sphere, and Muhammed Irfan, Director of Ceenex Global.

The project involves the fast-track development of the facility’s core structural framework and building envelope. Once completed, it will serve as a strategic hub for Ceenex’s operations in e-governance, healthcare, energy, and smart infrastructure, further enhancing Kerala's position as an emerging hub for technology investments.

The initiative is projected to create over 1,000 jobs across both the construction and high-skilled tech sectors. Looking ahead, U-Sphere aims to secure projects worth Rs 20 billion across Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu over the coming years.
