Kesar India, a listed real estate company, has acquired a total land parcel of around 9.10 hectares (22.49 acres) in Mouza Sumthana, Tehsil Hingna, Nagpur, Maharashtra, strengthening its future development pipeline.
The latest acquisition of 5.10 hectares (12.60 acres) at Survey/Khasra No. 128/2 was completed on January 23, 2026, adjoining land purchased earlier on December 29, 2025. With this consolidation, Kesar India has built a strategically located land bank in the Hingna–MIHAN growth corridor, one of Nagpur’s rapidly developing, infrastructure-led zones. The area enjoys strong connectivity due to its proximity to the Multi-modal International Cargo Hub and Airport at Nagpur (MIHAN) and the Samruddhi Mahamarg (Nagpur–Mumbai Expressway).
The location is further bolstered by the presence of established and upcoming developments by leading real estate players such as DMart, Godrej Properties, Kalpataru, and the Lodha Group, enhancing its appeal for residential and mixed-use projects. The acquisition positions Kesar India to capitalise on the region’s growth potential and strengthen its long-term real estate portfolio.
