The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced an ambitious plan to develop a 300-acre logistics park and over 15,000 residential, commercial, and group housing plots under the Varun Vihar scheme, strategically located along the Agra Expressway.
This large-scale initiative is aimed at addressing the growing demand for urban housing, generating substantial employment opportunities, and attracting new investments to the region. LDA Vice-Chairman Prathamesh Kumar recently inspected the proposed site in Dona village, directing officials to accelerate land acquisition. During his visit, he engaged with engineers, project staff, and local farmers, reaffirming that the development will adhere to international urban planning standards.
The proposed logistics park will benefit from seamless connectivity to both the Agra Expressway and Kisanpath, improving regional trade efficiency and transportation networks.

Once completed, the project is set to become one of Lucknow’s largest housing and infrastructure ventures, transforming the city’s growth trajectory and positioning it as a modern urban hub in Uttar Pradesh.
