Marathon-Adani's $3400 Cr. Vision Lands in Mumbai

Marathon Nextgen Realty (MNRL), in partnership with Adani Realty, has announced the launch of Monte South Commercial—a landmark commercial development in Byculla, Mumbai.

Spread across approximately 1.2 million sq. ft. with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹3,400 crore, the project stands as one of South Mumbai’s largest commercial ventures. It is a key component of the larger Monte South campus, which features four high-rise residential towers, each soaring over 64 storeys. Tower A has already received its Occupation Certificate, Tower B has completed its RCC structure, Tower C is progressing rapidly, and Tower D is slated for future launch.

Monte South Commercial will offer premium Grade-A office spaces, high-end retail outlets, and state-of-the-art amenities, all within a sustainably designed, walk-to-work environment. The development aims to redefine integrated urban living and working in the heart of Mumbai, setting new benchmarks for commercial infrastructure in the city.
