Bengaluru-based real estate major Brigade Group has acquired a strategically located ~20.19-acre land parcel in the fast-growing Whitefield–Hoskote corridor through its subsidiary, Ananthay Properties, for ₹588.33 crore.
Situated near key IT hubs, industrial zones, and upcoming infrastructure developments, the site will be developed into a large-scale mixed-use project with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹5,200 crore. The planned development will span approximately 4.2 million sq. ft. of built-up area, integrating residential, commercial, and retail spaces to create a self-sustained urban ecosystem.
This acquisition follows Brigade’s recent purchase of an 11-acre parcel near ITPL in Whitefield in May 2025, intended for a premium commercial project with a gross leasable area of 1.5 million sq. ft. and a GDV exceeding ₹2,000 crore.
These strategic land acquisitions highlight Brigade Group’s aggressive expansion into Bengaluru’s eastern growth corridors, reinforcing its position as a leading player in mixed-use urban development.
