Submer x Anant Raj: The New Standard for AI in India

Submer and Anant Raj have partnered to accelerate the deployment of sovereign, AI-ready data centre infrastructure across India, strengthening the foundation of the country’s digital economy.

Under the collaboration, Submer—a full-stack AI infrastructure provider—will integrate its modular, liquid-cooled, and energy-efficient computing platforms with Anant Raj’s data centre campuses and operational expertise. Together, the companies will enable the rapid rollout of high-density facilities optimized for large-scale enterprise and government AI workloads, while fully complying with India’s data sovereignty requirements.

Positioned as a practical example of the EU–India Trade Deal in action, the partnership combines advanced liquid-cooling technology from Spain with India’s established physical infrastructure. Customers will gain access to AI-ready compute through an end-to-end model powered by Submer’s neocloud and inference platform, InferX.

Anant Raj, which operates campuses in Manesar and Panchkula, Haryana, is expanding beyond traditional colocation to deliver utility-grade AI infrastructure tailored for GPU-intensive workloads. Commenting on the partnership, Submer’s Dev Tyagi said: “This collaboration enables significantly higher computing capacity within the same physical footprint and establishes a scalable blueprint for industrialized, AI-application-ready data centres.”
