Paragon Footwear is ramping up its white-label manufacturing operations as part of a broader plan to expand internationally and reduce reliance on its domestic market.
According to Executive Vice President – Production Sidharth Zacharia Vijoo, the segment gained momentum after the pandemic and is now becoming a significant growth engine. He explained that white labelling enables the company to capitalize on its manufacturing capabilities while supplying global brands, without the added cost of building and managing distribution networks.
The Bengaluru-based company is already working with international partners such as Dosenbach and is currently in talks with several others. Vijoo noted that the company is proactively seeking new global collaborations as brands increasingly look to diversify their sourcing beyond traditional manufacturing hubs.
