UK Tech Meets AP Vision: Transforming Amaravati into a Global Hub

The UK Government has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Andhra Pradesh to transform Amaravati into a world-class smart city and modernize urban infrastructure across all 123 state municipalities.

Signed at the Velagapudi Secretariat by MA&UD Principal Secretary Suresh Kumar and UK Department for Business and Trade Deputy Director Chaz Walia, this Government-to-Government (G2G) partnership focuses on infrastructure planning, technology transfer, and sustainable urban mobility.
