Westcon Space Snaps Up Prime Wagholi Land for Rs 129 Crore

Westcon Space, a subsidiary of Solitaire Group, has acquired approximately 10 acres of land in Wagholi, Pune, for Rs 129 crore.

The transaction was completed in four separate deals on February 6, 2025. The company paid over Rs 9 crore in stamp duty and Rs 1.20 lakh in registration fees. The land was sold by the Shitale family, along with individuals Anuradha NDD and Jaymala Navkishore.

Wagholi, situated in Pune’s northeastern region, is a prominent IT hub, neighboring Kharadi, which is home to several multinational corporations and tech firms.
