The Water Resources Department (WRD), Odisha is inviting bids for an Implementation Support Partner (ISP) to develop a pressurized piped irrigation network (PPIN) in Nuapada district. Under the M-CADWM scheme, the nine-month assignment covers MCAD Cluster-V, spanning a 2,580-hectare command area with intake from the Lower Indra Reservoir. The scope includes constructing intake structures, pump houses, primary pipelines, and associated civil works, alongside installing a 33 KV transmission line and electrical infrastructure. The selected partner will also manage power connectivity and handle operations and maintenance (O&M) for five years. Bids must be submitted by July 27, 2026.
