The Water Resources Department (WRD), Odisha has invited bids for the implementation of four lift irrigation schemes under Cluster-XXXVII in Jajpur district, with intake points on the Kharsua and Brahmani rivers.
The project scope includes the execution of lift irrigation systems along with a distribution network up to one-hectare chaks, covering a culturable command area (CCA) of 5,950 hectares. The contract also includes establishing power system connectivity and providing operation and maintenance (O&M) of the commissioned schemes for a period of 15 years.
The total estimated project cost is Rs 201.83 crore, and the work will be carried out on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis. The completion timeline is 36 months, including the rainy season.
The deadline for bid submission is 16 July 2025.
