BHEL EPC Alert: DVC Raghunathpur 2x660 MW Tender.

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) has issued a tender for an EPC package covering the ash handling plant and coal handling plant for the DVC Raghunathpur TPS Phase-II (2×660 MW) Steam Generator Island Package.

The scope encompasses comprehensive integration of mechanical, electrical, and civil works, including the mill reject handling system. Civil enabling works involve piling, pile caps, foundations, and structural steel fabrication and erection. Mechanical works include installation of major systems such as the boiler and auxiliaries, CW piping, power cycle piping, and the ESP. The package also covers the installation, testing, and commissioning of key power-generation equipment to ensure seamless plant operations.

The last date for bid submission is 15 December 2025.
