Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL) has invited bids for excavation work at the Parascole Jambad OCP Phase-I project in West Bengal.
The scope of work includes hiring heavy earth moving machinery (HEMM) for extracting 75.16 lakh cubic metres of overburden (OB) and rehandling 85.10 lakh cubic metres of OB across all soil and clay types using mechanical excavation equipment. It also involves rehandling, transporting, filling, and spreading the excavated material as per site-specific requirements.
The deadline for bid submission is 08 December 2025.
