EIL Opens Bidding for Landmark Bina Petrochemical Project

Engineers India Ltd (EIL) has issued a tender for composite works covering units and offsite facilities under the Bina Petrochemical and Refinery Expansion Project (BPREP) of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL).

The tender forms part of BPCL’s plans to expand and modernise its Bina refinery and petrochemical complex. The scope of work includes comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works for both process units and offsite facilities associated with the expansion. The project is expected to enhance BPCL’s refining capacity and strengthen its ability to meet rising demand for petrochemical products.

The bid submission deadline is 11 February 2026.
