WCL Logistics Tender: Now Open for Ukni OCM

Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) has invited bids for handling, transportation, and allied mining services at the Ukni Open Cast Mine (OCM) in the Wani North Area of Maharashtra.

The contract will be awarded on a percentage-based bidding model and includes the crushing of run-of-mine (ROM) coal using a mobile crusher. The selected bidder will be responsible for transporting the crushed coal from the Ukni OCM to the Wani Railway Siding.

Located in Yavatmal district, the project is aimed at improving coal transportation efficiency and strengthening overall mining operations in the region. The tender is currently open, with the bid submission deadline set for 18 February 2026.
