Blue Jet Healthcare Announces ₹75 Crore API Plant

Blue Jet Health Care has announced an ambitious project to boost its production capacity with a new Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) facility at Mahad, Raigarh in Maharashtra. The project, with an investment of INR 75 crores, aims to strengthen the company's position in the pharmaceutical industry, enhancing its ability to meet the increasing demand for APIs.

The facility will have an impressive production capacity of 120 tons per annum (TPA) for active pharmaceutical ingredients. This development is a significant step for Blue Jet Health Care, aligning with its strategy to expand its manufacturing capabilities and ensure a steady supply of high-quality APIs to the market.

In addition to the API production, the new plant will also focus on API intermediates, with a planned capacity of 720 TPA. This dual capability will enable Blue Jet Health Care to streamline its production processes, reduce dependency on external suppliers, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

The choice of Mahad, Raigarh for the new facility is strategic, leveraging the region's robust infrastructure and proximity to key markets.
