Heptachem & Pharma India Plan to Expand Bulk Drugs Intermediates in Andhra Pradesh

Heptachem & Pharma (India) Private Limited is coming up with an expansion project for its Bulk Drugs and Drug Intermediates Manufacturing Unit at Sy. No.113 A, Madhavaram Road, Isvi (V), Adoni Mandal, Kurnool District Andhra Pradesh-518302. The expansion project is expected to increase the production capacity of the unit from 100 TPM to 317.52 TPM. The Project cost will 20 Crores.

Bulk drugs are the active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) used to manufacture medicines. Drug intermediates are the chemicals used to synthesize bulk drugs. The demand for bulk drugs and drug intermediates is growing globally due to the increasing demand for pharmaceuticals. The expansion project will help to meet the growing demand for bulk drugs and drug intermediates in India and around the world.

As on November 2023, The project is now in the stage of receiving approvals. The project has received all necessary clearances. By the end of the year 2023, development on the project will have begun.
