This project needs 1000 KVA of electricity, which is carefully planned. A 320 KVA DG backs up an uninterrupted DGVCL power supply that meets the main need. Prepared for emergencies. The fuel consumption plan uses 750.0 NM3/Day of Natural Gas and 240.0 Lit/Day of Diesel to maintain unit efficiency.
Water management is crucial to the project's performance, since 13.5 KL of GIDC water is needed daily. The unit expects to generate 9.84 KL/Day of wastewater, of which 5.0 KLD is treated in an ETP with primary treatment and In-House MEE. The project's devotion to environmental standards is shown by the solvent stripper treatment before disposal.
