Vital Synthetic Labs planning to set up Bulk Drugs Manufacturing Unit in Telangana

Vital Synthetic Labs Private Limited plans to establish a manufacturing facility for bulk drug intermediates in Pashamylaram, Sangareddy, Telangana. Environmental approval has already been granted for the proposal.The proposed unit will be capable of producing 13,64 TPM. It will produce numerous intermediates for bulk medications, including paracetamol, ibuprofen, and naproxen.The project is estimated to cost 100 crore rupees and will generate 200 employment. 

The business anticipates beginning commercial production in 2024.The proposed unit is situated in an industrial area with excellent road and transit access. Additionally, the company has committed to employing a number of environmental measures to mitigate the project's potential negative effects.The initiative is anticipated to stimulate the local economy and generate new positions. It will also assist in meeting the rising domestic and international demand for bulk drug intermediates.Here are some of the proposed unit's specifics:The unit's address will be Plot No. 278, Phase II, IDA Pashamylaram, Sangareddy, Telangana.

As of September 2023, The project is in the final stages of completion work on the project is finished between 75% & 80% of the time the work on the project will be finished by 2023 or 2024.
