Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company (MSETCL) has issued a tender for works to facilitate power evacuation from a 2x300MW thermal power plant in Maharashtra.
The contract involves the creation of a 400/220 kV switchyard at GWEL, Warora, in Chandrapur district, and will enable evacuation of MSEDCL’s 200 MW share of power, including several transmission infrastructure works. The estimated cost is ₹148.93 crore to strengthen power evacuation and transmission infrastructure in the state.
Interested bidders must submit bids by September 4, 2026.
