Tamil Nadu Generation & Distribution Corporation (TANGEDCO) has issued a tender to select a developer for an integrated wind-solar power project.
The project involves repowering an existing 18.75 MW wind power plant and developing 16 MW of solar capacity, creating a combined wind-solar facility. The project will be implemented on a Build-Own-Operate (BOO) basis for 25 years, with the developer responsible for construction, operation, and maintenance throughout the period.
The selection process will follow the transparent bidding route (TBCB), with bid submissions closing on 15 December 2025.
