AMPIN Energy Transition has secured a USD 50 million investment from Siemens Financial Services, the financing arm of Siemens AG. This funding will enhance AMPIN’s role in India’s renewable energy sector by supporting Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and utility-scale projects, as well as its broader energy transition initiatives.
This marks AMPIN’s third major investment this financial year, bringing its total equity capital raised in 2025 to $270 million and increasing its total equity base to nearly USD 700 million.
With over $4 billion in capital deployed, AMPIN is positioned to expand its renewable energy portfolio and drive India’s clean energy transformation. Beyond funding, Siemens’ expertise in energy technology offers strategic benefits, reinforcing AMPIN’s long-term growth.
Steffen Grosse, CEO of Equity Finance at Siemens Financial Services, stated, “India presents incredible long-term investment opportunities as it accelerates renewable energy growth across the value chain.”
