BESS Boost: SPML and Energy Vault Team Up in India

SPML Infra has signed an exclusive agreement with Energy Vault to expedite the manufacturing and deployment of energy storage systems across India.

This partnership will see SPML utilizing Energy Vault’s B-VAULT Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and VaultOS Energy Management Software (EMS) to enhance grid reliability and integrate renewable energy more efficiently.

By focusing on localized production, the collaboration supports India's shift to sustainable energy, ensuring dependable and cost-effective clean power. The agreement aims for the deployment of at least 500 MWh of BESS within the first year, with a long-term objective of 30-40+ GWh over the next decade. Through cost-effective local manufacturing and SPML's deep market knowledge, the partnership is set to bolster India's growing energy storage sector.

The B-VAULT system is engineered for both flexibility and dependability, featuring cutting-edge design, robust safety features, and seamless integration with VaultOS EMS to optimize energy management.
