EcoPlus Cement Chunar Plans DG Set Captive Power in Uttar Pradesh

EcoPlus Cement Chunar Private Limited (ECCPL) is considering establishing a new 1.5 MW (megawatt) (DG Set) captive power facility in the town of Dhauha in the district of Mirzapur in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. The cement mill owned by the corporation will be the primary consumer of the electricity that is generated by this project.

1.5 MW is the capacity of the project.

175 crores will be spent on the project.

The project is now in the stage of construction being started. There has been progress made on the project equaling 20%. The work on the project will be finished by December of 2024.
