MSP Steel and Power Plans to expand Captive Power in Chhattisgarh

MSP Steel and Power Limited (MSPSPL), a steel manufacturing company in India, is setting up a Steel Plant & Captive Power Plant Project expansion in Jamgaon Village, Raigarh District, Chhattisgarh. 

The project cost is estimated to be 2045 crores.

The expansion project will increase MSPSPL's steel production capacity from 3.8 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) to 6.5 MTPA. It will also increase the company's captive power generation capacity from 42 MW to 120 MW.

The project is currently in the stage of being approved. Currently awaiting approval from the government. There is currently no other information that has been decided.
