NTPC Awards Dadri Thermal Power Project Stage II

National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd. (NTPC) has awarded a crucial civil works package for its National Capital Thermal Power Project at Dadri, Stage II. This significant development encompasses the main plant, cooling water (CW) systems, and offsite civil works.

The project aims to bolster the energy capacity with two additional units, each generating 490 megawatts (MW), enhancing the power supply to the National Capital Region. The main plant's construction is set to incorporate advanced engineering techniques to optimize efficiency and output.

CW systems will be a key focus, ensuring reliable and efficient cooling to maintain plant operations. Offsite civil works will include infrastructure enhancements to support the expanded facility.
