Skipper, a power transmission and distribution (T&D) structure maker, has received work orders and notification of awards (NoA) totaling Rs 924 crores.
Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL) has awarded the Kolkata-based company contracts totaling Rs 788 crore in its T&D division.
In addition, Skipper has received orders totaling Rs 136 crore for a variety of domestic T&D projects, including telecom.
With the addition of these new contracts, the company's total order inflow in the T&D industry has increased to Rs 2,727 crore. Skipper also manufactures Telecom structures and polymer pipe goods.
