Suzlon Scores Big Wind! 82 MW Project Secured for Madhya Pradesh

On Friday, Suzlon Group revealed that it had clinched an 82 megawatt (MW) wind energy endeavor from Oyster Green Hybrid One Pvt Ltd. The project entails setting up 26 wind turbine generators (WTGs), each boasting a capacity of 3.15 MW, at Oyster Green's Agar site in Madhya Pradesh, as outlined in the company's official statement.

"The 3 MW series has bagged a new order of 81.9 MW from Oyster Green Hybrid One Private Limited," Suzlon's statement affirmed. As per the agreement, Suzlon will deliver the wind turbines and spearhead the project's execution, encompassing erection, commissioning, and post-commissioning operations and maintenance services.

"The project's electricity will cater to the C&I (commercial and industrial) customer segment, fostering the adoption of renewable energy in India. Our commitment is to fuel industries with sustainable green energy to bolster their advancement and net-zero aspirations," stated Vivek Srivastava, CEO of Suzlon Group's India Business.
