GK Energy Bags Rs 454.50 Crore Order to Solarize 1 Lakh Households

GK Energy has secured a letter of empanelment from a state-owned power distribution utility to deploy 100 MW of residential rooftop solar projects. Valued at approximately Rs 454.50 crore, the contract entails installing 1 kW grid-connected photovoltaic systems across 100,000 households, including long-term operations and maintenance services.

This latest win elevates GK Energy's total project awards and empanelments to over Rs 1,092 crore since April 2026, further cementing its position in India's renewable energy and decentralized infrastructure sector.
