The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has issued a tender for the development of a car depot in Dongri as part of the ongoing Mumbai Metro Rail project's Line-9 expansion.
The project encompasses various aspects of depot infrastructure development, including land preparation, construction of essential facilities such as stabling yards, operation control centers, administrative buildings, maintenance structures, and auxiliary substations. Additionally, the scope involves the creation of roads, underground utility ducts, architectural finishes, plumbing, and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) works.
Valued at Rs 626.69 crore, the contract stipulates a completion timeframe of 52 months, inclusive of the monsoon period.
Interested parties are required to submit their bids by the deadline of March 12, 2024.
