MMRDA Floats Tender for Project Management Consultant

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has issued a tender seeking the services of a project management consultant (PMC) for the comprehensive implementation of multi-modal integration (MMI) facilities across 20 stations on the Mumbai Metro Line 2B.

The PMC's responsibilities encompass thorough scrutiny and endorsement of all civil contract designs, overseeing all construction operations while ensuring coordination, quality assurance, progress monitoring, and supervising the seamless commissioning of the entire project. The project scope includes various elements such as expanding footpaths, establishing parking areas for buses, autos, cars/Ola/Uber, constructing pedestrian crossings, at-grade roads, pavements, installing street lighting, electrical systems, CCTV systems, control rooms, signage, water supply infrastructure, and other relevant components.

The bid submission due date is 11 December, 2023.
