General Description:

The project entails the precast boundary wall construction of Phulapokhari Depot near Phulapokhari Station, Bhubaneswar, as part of Phase-I of the Bhubaneswar Mass Rapid Transit System (MRTS). The scope of work includes the supply of machinery, manpower, equipment, and other necessary resources for construction adhering to technical specifications, drawings, and instructions provided by the engineer-in-charge. The work is expected to be executed in a meticulous and orderly manner.

This involves various tasks, including but not limited to:

Architectural work such as brickwork/masonry, wall treatments (plastering, cladding, tiling, painting if needed), etc.
Installation of railing or protection with Concertina Coil and mild steel frames or as specified.

Tenderers will qualify if they have successfully completed work(s) within the last five years preceding the tender submission month, meeting the following criteria:

One similar work valued at INR 7.5251 Crore or more, or
Two similar works each valued at INR 4.7032 Crore or more, or
Three similar works each valued at INR 3.7625 Crore or more.
The Similar work for this contract refers to Construction of any Civil work with RCC Precast structure.
