Titagarh Rails Up Innovation: New Bengaluru Engineering Centre Opens

Titagarh Rail Systems (TRSL) has inaugurated a new engineering centre in Bengaluru, Karnataka, aimed at revolutionising rail transportation. This facility will focus on new product development for train control and monitoring systems (TCMS) and advanced propulsion systems. Additionally, it will support the 'Make-in-India' and 'Aatmanirbhar Bharat' initiatives by enhancing innovation and design in the rail industry.

The centre is set to play a pivotal role in executing TRSL's current and upcoming projects, such as the Ahmedabad Metro and Vande Bharat trains. Equipped with cutting-edge technology and infrastructure, the facility is designed to foster collaboration among engineers and designers. TRSL plans to hire a large number of experienced engineers in relevant disciplines, positioning the centre as a hub of innovation.

By implementing advanced rail technology, TRSL's new centre is a significant step towards producing indigenous metro coaches, strengthening local transportation.
