Build the Future: Aligarh’s Aashray Township Project Open for Bids

The Aligarh Development Authority has invited bids to select a private partner for developing the Aashray Integrated Affordable Township Group Housing Project.

Located at Chherat Village on Anupshahr Road in Aligarh, the project features economically weaker section (EWS) housing under the Affordable Housing Partnership (AHP) component of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban (PMAY-U) 2.0. It will be executed via a revenue-sharing model, offering a prime commercial and construction opportunity within the region's urban infrastructure expansion.

Interested bidders must submit their proposals by 18 September 2026.
