Bid Now: NBCC's ₹815 Cr Gurugram Residential & Community Hub

NBCC has invited bids for the design, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of residential towers and a community center, including associated infrastructure, at 37-D, Green View Apartments, Gurugram, Haryana.

The project entails the construction of nine high-rise residential towers ranging from 19 to 25 floors with basements, along with an EWS (Economically Weaker Section) tower (G+3), a commercial complex, a school, and a clubhouse. The total built-up area is approximately 2,30,316 square meters.

Key components of the project include the development of a sewage treatment plant (STP), water treatment plant (WTP), electrical substation, solar power generation system, swimming pool, gymnasium, fiber-to-home connectivity, and comprehensive site development with allied works.

The estimated project value is ₹815.43 crore, with a scheduled completion timeline of 24 months. The scope also includes a five-year period for operations and maintenance.

The last date for bid submission is 07 July 2025.
