Bid to Develop Jaipur's Premier Villa & Shopping Destination

Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) is seeking proposals for the development of RHB Greenwood Mansion, comprising 164 villas and 132 shops within a shopping arcade, located at Sector-28, Pratap Nagar, Sanganer in Jaipur.

The project scope includes the construction of 164 residential villas (consisting of ground floor, first floor, and a mumty), along with a clubhouse and a commercial shopping arcade featuring 132 shops spanning across lower ground, ground, and first floors. The work encompasses all aspects of civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), outer development, electrification, infrastructure, landscaping, horticulture, and related tasks.

The estimated contract value for this project is Rs 124.79 crore, with a projected timeline of 18 months for completion, inclusive of a maintenance period of 12 months and a Defects Liability Period (DLP) of five years.

Interested parties are invited to submit their bids by the deadline of 10th March 2024.
