CPWD's ₹364 Cr Guwahati RBI Quarters Tender Out

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has issued a tender for the demolition and redevelopment of the RBI quarters at Zoo Narengi Road Colony in Guwahati, Assam.

The project involves the construction of 293 residential units, comprising 60 Grade A quarters, 60 Grade B and C quarters, 12 Grade D and above quarters, one RD bungalow, and 80 Class III and 80 Class IV quarters. The redevelopment aims to meet the housing requirements of RBI staff and represents a significant step toward improving residential infrastructure in the region.

The estimated project cost is ₹364.33 crore, and the deadline for bid submissions is 15 December 2025.
